Hot and Spicy Shrimp

Coconut oil Onion Garlic Ginger

Ingredients:

In a large skillet or non-stick pan, sauté the onions in coconut oil until they are lightly golden, about 2 minutes.

Add minced ginger and garlic and sauté a further minute.

Add chopped tomato and sauté for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

Then add spices and cook 2-3 minutes, this will eliminate the raw smell and taste of the spices.

Add torn fresh curry leaves and shrimp, mix together.
