Butter Chocolate chips Milk Instant coffee powder
Preheat oven to 140C or 285F for at least 10 minutes prior to baking.
Line loaf pan with parchment paper, ensure the base and sides are covered, greasing the pan with butter before placing in the parchment paper, is optional.
In a large mug, heat butter, chocolate chips, instant coffee powder and milk in the microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between intervals until it's fully melted and dissolved.
Whisk the egg yolks, then gradually pour in the warm/hot melted mixture into the yolks, in a slow, steady stream, whisking continuously until just combined.
